"Track Volume is Awaiting Pickup" WEIRD

My Apc 40 is being weird. The volume faders only work part of the time, as of yesterday. Even on a blank set. I move the channel 2 fader on the APC40, and I get a yellow message at the bottom saying "2-MIDI |Mixer | Track Volume is awaiting pickup" and shows the values the fader is on.

Sometimes its channel 2, sometimes its 2 and 4, sometimes 2 works just fine, channel 1 and 3 haven't had any issues. And its not audio or midi channel specific.

Should I consider re-installing APC40 drivers or something? This is super frustrating and I'm on a creative roll!

In the MIDI preferences, what mode is Takeover mode set to?

It is set to Pickup.
