CD quality

ok.if to take one cd quality (any song purchased from ...) and the song created on ableton ,and loud it in to any music DJ software where you can see sound waves .they are different (in my case abletone song which i created is only few live rec.few instruments,effects ...)WHY ? (I know it is stupid question but i want to know the answer to know where to go next to find the answers )
1 thru what music has to go to get cd quality (well close to it coz im shore using laptop it would be impossible )?
2 any one has steps for it ?( 1. make patterns... 2. use effects .. or ..?)
