I am using live 8.2.6 on windows 7 64 bit and I have some m-audio midi devices to connect live.
I am wondering how you are dealing with midi controllers when they behave in a weird way.
For example, (probably this is a windows issue, than live, but) I have noticed that I have to connect the midi devices before I start live, otherwise live just won't recognize the device. Is complete restart the only solution here? Are there any other ways?
Also, is there a way to monitor the midi flow on live? I can see the midi button lighting up, but I cannot really see the message it receives. I am thinking something like miditester on max.
any advice or pointers are welcome.
