Lock the volume's enveloppe.Broken APC 40

Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a way to lock the enveloppe volume because my APC 40 fader of track 5 is broken which causes
the button back to arrangement to light every time the volume is changed (even if i don't touch the physical fader).
i know that the function lock enveloppe exists but it doesn' work.
It's very frustrating because the only way to solve it, is to mix my track without the apc 40 connected but i loose several
control options with other parameters.
Anyone?

i have the same problem here!!!
but it is the fader number 8.

is very BAAAD couse a have to play live in a week, and so have to rehersal, so dont have time to send it somewhere (dont know where)...

could you disable the fader?

I have some broken faders to. Some are sending midi messages whilst not touching them. I mapped them to a macro somewhere in the set. This should prevent them to change volumes. Hope this helps.
