Ableton Live is called like that because of a specific aim.
What I see is that people doing live set (of every kind of music) is 90% on LIVE, but how many people with an Ableton licence is doing Live sets? For my expierience more than an half is producing and composing on LIVE and not playng live. And they are all asking for more studio features. And me too
For me at the moment the most important thing to solve, and I don't want to call it a new feature but maybe a bug fix issue is a full working Delay Compensation for plugs. That could be the firt really big incentivation to remain in Ableton till the end of the projects for a lot of works in my studio.
THEN to really make the Ableton platform a real alternative to Protools/Logic/Nuendo adding some other studio features like most people is asking in this forum section!
