Is there some way to refresh the track numbers on Ableton 8? I'm referring to the numbers on the mixer.
Say you have 10 tracks. You delete track 8 and track 9. When you do this, Track 10 is still numbered "10" on the mixer. I know you can change the name of the tracks, but how can you change these numbers so they match up better?
Track numbers issue
Re: Track numbers issue
This is mainly a problem when I'm jamming out on my APC40.
Look at the screen, I see track numbers 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, and 10. They are all named correctly, but the numbers at the bottom are the original numbers from when I first made my tracks. It would be great if I could update these numbers, so that it goes in order and mimics the APC40.
Does this make any sense?
