Manually change channels on Midi map assignments

I'd like to change the channels of a load of midi map assignments.. is there a way to do this manually without having to re-midi learn them all?

Thanks for the reply. For posterity, I was able to solve my issue with this Max For Live device:

I needed a way to loosely couple my OP-Z's MIDI channels to the target devices. When using Live's native mapping, the channels are fixed to the target parameters. The above devices only care about the CC value; not the channel, so any CC flowing to the device will control whatever parameter it is mapped to.
