UVI Workstation not recognized by Ableton Live

Windows 7, followed every step perfectly.
Still doesnt recognize dll.
Many steps taken by an experienced troubleshooter...
though...perhaps someone knows which UVI download works so I dont waste anymore time with this.
I must get this working in order to use MSI and MX4 by MOTU, as my mac is dead.

I did the same thing, neglecting to recall that Ableton Live is 32 bit. Solved the problem
