I created a new song and added a MIDI melody and an AUDIO vocal. Afterward, I cropped down the vocal to the section that I wanted to use.
Having the basic arrangement, I exported the project as a Live Pack.
When I re-install the Live Pack, the vocal audio is still the same length and placement, but it is no longer cropped (ie, I can drag the waveform
out and expose what should have been cropped away.)
This makes the Live Pack heavier than it needs to be AND would seem to force you to include "everything" in a Live Pack (even stuff you didn't
necessarily want to include in a Pack you're sending to someone else.)
I tried various settings, but was unsuccessful at creating a Live Pack that only included the used portions of audio.
Am I missing something, or is this the way it is?
Thanks for any information and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
