LIVE 4.1 problem

The problem i had with Live 4.0.1,4.0.4, i have with 4.1 too.
When i open Live and play a song,the music stops for about 1sec and the CPU from lets say from 15%or20% goes up to 100% or higher and then the music stops for about 1sec.This hapen only when i play the song for
the first time.Second time and .....more there is not any problem.
The problem hapens at the first minute of the song.
Like i said if i play the song second time all OK no problems.
I use OSX 10.3.2 panther.on a PB 667Mhz 768MB Ram,i have also load the samples on to Ram to avoid problems but.......
