Help me! I'm loosing my ableton.

Post by Hexagon » Fri Dec 02, 2011 5:36 pm

Hello
Since ableton doesn't allow to have multiple plugin folders I set the custom plugin folder to c: and now there are lots of dll files which make live start-up crash. Now I can't start the software to change the plugin directory. I tried re-installing the software but looks like configurations have remained unchanged and the problem persists. Is there any file on my hard drive containing the configuration so I can delete? or is there any other way to go back to defaults?
Thanks.

:D Thank you man. My issue is now solved. (and for others who may have the same problem: windows couldn't find that file because of the ownership of application data folder. One must change the owner from SYSTEM to "user".)
