No IAC or ReWire on Mac Book Pro after Liine Lemur install?

Basically I installed Liine's virtual MIDI application to run Lemur. It removed the IAC ports AND my ability to rewire MIDI to Reason into Live8.2.7 (and previously 8.2.6) on my Mac Book Pro running 10.6.8. Now if I do plug in a controller, all ports for that specific controller are seen. It is however a far cry from where I was before.

I've deleted everything I can think of on the mac side, re-installed Reason, ReWire, Ableton Live, and tried removing preference files. I've also turned on hidden files to remove anything that looks like Daemon tools or Lemur related. I've also gone through a large amount of google and forum searches. A few things mirror what I am seeing but none of the supplied answers resolve anything. This machine is fairly clean and was working great until the new install.

I've not heard back from support for Liine or Ableton yet so I figured I would give the forums a shot.

Any constructive ideas would be most welcome.
