Scenes with pre-roll clips?

Can I setup a scene with a clip before the scenes downbeat? Example:

I'm jamming to a songs verse...its looping and looping and finally I decide to go to chorus, so I trigger the chorus scene, but before the downbeat, the drums do a fill that leads in... How?
