Help! problems with the midi foot controller!

Hi everybody!

I'm using Ableton Live to record audio loops on the fly. I use Behringer Midi Foot Controller FCB1010 to operate the Ableton Live. Everything works perfect, except for one thing, sometimes for some reasons, the play or stop buttons on the track react on my pressing the pedal of the foot controller with the delay of a few seconds, but sometimes they workfine. What must be the problem?

don't know if it will work with this, but i've read many times that calibrating the FCB1010 solved problems. how to do it is in the manual.

possibly, if you're using note on values, the velocity isn't high enough - i always set it to 127. if you're using cc values, again, set them to the max. that might help
