All right I recently got novation launchpad and I have been playing with it for a good number of hours now but I wanted to know if you all had any ideas on external sound boxes I could buy to be able to synch a synth piano and guitar with effects pedal to play instrumentals then loop them on the launch pad ?
A cheap external sound box Would be nice but note that I have one free USB on my MacBook so I guess the sound box would have to have 2-3 seperate plug ins so I can plug a guitar and synth in.
Ideas would lovely

the "pro answer" here is RTFM (Read The Fucking Manual) ...seriously. This is the third topic you've started for the same question.
all this has been said to you before.
first, MIDI is not sound. The Launchpad is only a controller and doesn't actually do anything. It is a substitute for using a mouse intended to better your hands-on interaction with Ableton and speed up your workflow.
second, to get sound into your MacBook you should pick up an audio interface. If you only have one USB port, then you may need to purchase a powered USB hub to plug it and your Lauchpad in. Considering what you've said so far, something like this would be a good starting point ~ http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/FastTrackPro.html ...also, if your Mac has a Firewire port, use that instead and skip the hub. Firewire is generally a better option than USB for digital audio and other high bandwidth applications anyway. But purchase your interface based upon what you need for input/output. Then get yourself a pair of monitor speakers, for the money M-Audio also makes some decent entry level options (like their BX5), but monitors are a place where you don't want to skimp, so buy better if you can.
Now do yourself a favor and use the resources in front of you. Live has some really helpful tutorials included that explain all of this. They are also made available as videos on Ableton's website~ http://www.ableton.com/movies

How bout I say "Novation launch pad does not come with a Manuel!"
It has 4 pieces if paper, one giving you the basics layout out on how to install it. I'm not the sit on the toilet and read the Manuel type so get over it. I have no damn time to read a giant ass book. That is why they have forums if you did not know. If you are getting sick of questions like these then don't answer the topic.
