Where can I get a printed Live 8 reference manual?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and new to Live in general, so be gentle.

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get my hands on the printed version of the reference manual? Flicking between the Live window and the PDF manual isn't going to help me half as much as looking at a physical copy while I work.

The mighty Google couldn't help me, but maybe someone here can! Any help is greatly appreciated.

It would help if they wouldn't use such a strange page format/layout, it really wastes a lot of paper when printing it (like I did).

Or at least if they would provide an E-Bookreader friendly format (or even HTML like Fruity or Reason), PDF just sucks bigtime.
