hey folks,
ive got a really nice sounding delay plugin here but the gui is so childish. is there a way to turn the gui off?! and simple use only the parameters?! (there are not much - just 10 or so)
"dont answer that you have to assign them manually". i would like to try this aswell with some other plugins.
and then is the short command to freeze and flatter things?! its killing to click this everytime. or better is there a way to assign the short commands manually?!

You can click on the triangle symbol to unfold delay's parameters next to the preset save symbol. Here you can just have the controls you use selected. I do this a lot these days and wonder why dev's even bother with gui's.
Other option which will deal with manual commands is to make an effect rack + assign macro controls to parameters on delay unit.
In Live's preferances is a tick box that can turn off auto open of gui's when loading instruments/effects so you never have to see them if you can control them other ways like above suggestions.
