Help to find Live Library

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Live. I was trying to troubleshoot some Virus TI stuff. Needless to say, the Live library is completely gone. I downloaded 8.3 w/ sounds but the library is no where to be found on my iMac OSX Lion 10.7.3

Can anyone help me locate my library? I've searched the hidden Library and it's not in there. I also do not have the ability to repair library in the Live preferences because it's greyed out.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Live several times and I don't think the Library is installing on my computer. This is so strange, and frustrating

Any help would be appreciated
