Scene Scrolling?

I was wondering if its possible to midi map a knob (on my APC40 in this case) to scroll scenes in my session. Im looking to simulate the "red box" an APC creates that's 8X5 clips in size but rather 1 box tall and four wide with the vertical axis scroll being controlled by a mapped knob.

Hopefully that was worded correctly Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

hit midi learn and some new buttons pop up in the lower right corner of the GUI. one for scrolling scenes, another for launching the selected scene and IIRC one for next scene, one for previous scene. IIRC, it's been years since I've used those.
