Using tempo rubato with 1/16T on audio

Post by nizky » Sat May 12, 2012 9:18 pm

is this the correct term?

i been experimenting with sampling audio and i done this:

>design a sound with massive+shitload of stuff to make it sound great
>midi notes bassline
>record to audio
>quantize to 1/16T
>delay and strech audio to whatever i feel like it with the warp markers but still keep the "loop" at the same bars

some parts of the loop are ate 90.24 and each part has a different tempo

is this the classical "tempo rubato" on Daws?
cuz this sounded way better then expected, and with the warp setting(texture, complex pro, beats) it sounded even better

cant wait to resample this :D

Any tips fellow ableton users to enhance this even more?
