Hello and Welcome

Congratulations on your purchase!
I think you'll love the DJ potential of Abelton.

Theres a lot of DJs using it here on the boards and a lot of posts on setups and techniques.

I'd start by getting familiar with the workspace and cover the basics of the manual. In the tutorials section of this website theres some good tips and tricks on DJing with Live

Have a look at those and then if you have specific questions, take it from there

enjoy live

A good tip for DJ'ing which adamjay told me about is to go over to arrangement view, and then select the track tempo under the master track. Change the max/min values to something in the range of the bpm that you're spinning... this will make it far easier to keep your tempo consistent with records.
