I have :
Tracktor scratch pro (2.5)
2 x 1210’s
Allen heath xone 22
Traktor Audio 6 soundcard
Ableton 8.3
Apc40
What I want to do, is basically run both program together, but ideally Traktor through Ableton so my friend can jive on the decks and me on the apc40. I know how to route Traktor through an ableton channel and send the midi clock (albeit a little off) but any music i play through ableton is feeding through one of the channels of the mixer (3/4 or 5/6)– not ideal. So effectively, am looking for a separate channel for ableton i.e. 1/2 (i.e. outs at front of soundcard) but it doesn’t seem to work i.e. no output. The monitors are connected to the output of the mixer itself.
Any ideas?
