Novation sl 25 with APC 40 tips?

Hi There,

I have been using live with the apc 40 for a while now and I'm having no problems, its great. I bought a second hand sl25 that is coming in a few days. I dont think it has any software with it so I downloaded automap from the novation site. Has any one any advice/tips on the best way to set up the APC and the SL25 together? I basically dont want the sl25 to interfere with what the apc is already doing, I just want it to control soft synths and be able map some custom buttons to effects e.t.c.

I have the same question/ request for tips. I have had a Novation ReMOTE SL 61 for about 5 years now and am awaiting the arrival of an APC 40. Any users out there using both of these with insights/tips/suggestions, we'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
