Hey,
I am considering to set up a system where I could play my Macbook Pro free of cables and hooked up to a bluetooth receiver. The range I have been reading about should be ok. My concern is more about the latency and overall sound quality. I know about the Belkin and about the Logitech receivers. I'll be using Ableton with plugins.
all advice welcome,

Forget about it. Latency is terrible. When watching a movie audio is out of sync by 200ms or so.
Audio quality is less than stellar to. And it occasionally looses connection for no reason, my headset at least.

I did some experimenting with it back in the day. Latency was "ok".
