Cascading Inputs/Outputs for Rewire?
Is there a shortcut to cascade channel outputs (like in Pro Tools) in order to simplify rewiring to a host? It's a bit time consuming going channel by channel when you have a large session. Thanks in advance!

Cascading in Pro Tools means to change multiple channels to CONSECUTIVE outputs, (channel 1 to output 1-2, channel 2 to output 3-4, and so on). I'm trying to do the same so that each channel in ableton will be sent to ascending rewire outputs.
Not really sure how External Instrument would work in a rewire situation considering when Ableton is the slave, plugins are disabled.
