Can Push trigger scenes and clips?

Does anyone know if Push can trigger scenes and clips? I looked for this info but did not see an answer....

I would imagine so. Otherwise it would be a massive screw up.

Wasn't that demonstrated in the launch video? I thought it was, but could be wrong... It was late when I watched it and I've been on weird shifts which tend to fry my brain a bit.

Haven't seen any examples of how to trigger a scene, nor is it obvious from the hardware pictures, but there must be a way. I bet you the note value buttons are used for triggering scenes since that only applies in note mode. And they line up with the scene rows.

souped up launchpad that could not launch? that would so suck...what midi controller is there that cant launch clips and scenes? you could map that to a kazoo if you could hum the right pitch

In clip mode, the note value buttons (1/32t, 1/32, 1/16t, etc) launch scenes. In clip mode, pushing any of the buttons in the 8x8 matrix launches the corresponding clip, i. e., pushing the first button in the first row launches the first clip in track one.

May I add that there seems to be an excess of snark in some of the above replies? Just because you know the answer doesn't make the question stupid.....

Further slightly pissed-off old guy reflection: the problem begins with Ableton's realization of Push. If switching from track to clip did what it should do, the green note values in the last column would disappear and an indication of the scene number would light up. This failure of dynamic identification extends into many areas in the current (2014) device.
