Little random click sound on live with new audio interface

Hey guys...I just bought and installed a new audio interface. Focusrite Saffire pro 24 DSP... I did all the tuts online, how to set it up with live, set up my windows xp for better performance, etc, etc..... it sounds great, but when I listen a song in live, I can hear a random click on the song, if I play back again, the click is back but in a different spot...randomly after 8 secs, then 20 secs, the 4 secs, etc....

before I didn't have a audio interface, I had assio4all....of course now sound a trillion much better but I need to get rid of the clicking....

I just tried the test tone alone and I can hear the random clicking too...

any suggestions?

Hey, BTY...my sample rate and buffer size is the same in live as the Saffire Mix Control.....44100 and 256 samples....I did changed both to try, and still I hear the click

Would've though it was a buffer size issue, but is your wi-fi on at all? try disabling, mine causes interference.

Can you post an audio example of where the click occurs?

hey...wi fi isn't on.. somone told me to cahnge the firewire driver to medium, but I can't because it is grey out..

OK…reading the Manual says that the firewire driver in the Mix Control should say connected, my says in use….

I put the firewire driver to Long and buffer size 256...NO CLICKS....
