Izotope Alloy 2 vs new EQ 8, Gate, Glue Compressor...

With the new EQ8 and updated Gate and Compressors in Live 9 is it worth getting Alloy 2 anymore? I'm planning on picking up Izotope Ozone on a cyber monday deal (http://audiodeluxe.com/), but was wondering if it was worth it to get the Mix and Mastering Bundle with both Ozone and Alloy 2.

Anyone used Alloy 2 before that could tell my why it would be worth picking up knowing that Live 9 has some similar features coming in Live 9?

I'm gonna hold off on the trial till I have more time to play with it, but keep updated on your thoughts about it.
