so the guys that did the musolomo plugin... www.plasq.com
have made a nice little $30 that makes making your own comics really fun and easy...

so i threw together some pics of my dog... and made myself a cult classic...

sorry, i dont know of a pc equivalent.
you can always bombard plasq.com with emails asking for them to release a pc version.
