Incredible online music resource!

Of particular recommendation are the 'listen' tracks on cds 9 and 8.
(Beware, this material had my wife literally crying on the floor!)

Wow,
that's truly humbling, this woman can really hold a note.
No wait ... I meant strangle.

Is yoko dead? I only ask because the only way I could conceive of reading those words: 'yoko WAS bad', is in the past tense - Like: 'she WAS bad when she WAS alive.'Former Pharaoh wrote:Geez, i thought Yoko was bad
In the present tense it just doesn't make sense - there is no conceivable way anybody of sound mind could be using anything other than 'yoko IS bad' as a descriptive sentence, and saying 'she WAS bad', intending it to be interpreted in the present tense would be a grammatical nonsense so the only other possibility is that she's dead. No actually, there's one more possibility and that's that you're not of sound mind.
Actually yoko's not really that bad.

I said i THOUGHT.....THOUGHT is PAST tense so theoretically, I can use the remainder of the sentence in past tense.
I is hoping I are making myself cleared.
"I thought Yoko is bad." To pick nits, would indeed be gramatically INcorrect.Former Pharaoh wrote:You must be REAAAAAALY bored. Angstrom wrote:Yoko is not sang as bad as this woman was, Yoko performs some bad stuff in the past that can be true, but when I heard her coming album I will have make up my mind not previously.

Actually the comment was more a dig at yoko than anybodys grammar, tongue firmly planted in cheek

back on Yoko for a sec ...
I am in Liverpool, where Yoko was invited last year to do some public artwork for the Liverpool art Biennial. Yoko and the Liverpool public obviously have a poor relationship - this was meant to 'heal' it somehow.
Yoko decided to print up huge pictures of her , ahem 'lady garden', yes thats right - huge close ups of her nether regions... which were hung around the city streets. They were about 12 feet high.
It was widely perceived as Yoko saying ' C**ts! '
it made me laugh anyway

Never have I heard such a concise description of hell.
The mere thought of being in Liverpool and having to look at 12ft tall pictures of Yoko Ono's twat is more terrifying than facing all 13 circles of Dante's inferno at once.
