Used License/Upgrade Question

A quick query as I couldn't find what I was looking for in the search forum.

If I was to buy a used Live 8 Suite License, do I get a free upgrade to Suite 9?

I am looking to take the plunge, and was just checking my options.

if the license already include de update then yes. but if not then no. ableton did not make money on your suit 8 license so i don't think they gonna give you a free upgrade.that seems logical.

you will get the 1 week discount as wil al suit 8 users.
