Paying from NZ with a US credit card

I want to buy the upgrade to 9 and push for 798.
I live in NZ and my daughter in US.
To avoid the monstrous exchange rate visa would charge me to exchange NZ to US I thought I ask my daughter to pay for me with her card.
I called her on Skype and she passed me her credit card details. I entered them in https://www.ableton.com/en/checkout/payment/ and was refused
"The financial institution has declined the transaction. Please check the data you have entered."
We tried another card and we had the same result.
Ableton, Is there any way I can do this please?

Most companys require a US Shipping address to match the billing address.Have it shipped to your daughter,and have her ship it to you in New Zeland.

Hence,you used a US Credit card to ship something to a New Zeland address.Was the other card US also????Check Ableton Live to see if the can ship to non US Address with a US billing Address.I know paypal does this,and most US companys are the same when the shipping address doesn't match the billiung address,or maybe Ableton is having tech problems.

Tried with my nz visa as well with the same result.
I have used this NZ card to pay ableton before.
I called visa and tried to pay while they were on the phone. They assure me they never had any request to disburse the money.
I believe ableton are having problems with their site.
I hope it goes away soon.
