Integrating TC Helicon Voicelive Touch into Studio setup

SO I scooped up a Voicelive Touch because I was able to get a new one on the cheap ($100), plus it's just freaking cool to have and use. But I'm having issues figuring out how to route it into my DAW.

Basically I want to be able to use it as an insert FX on a channel. I'm able to get the audio to it as I can hear it through the headphone output on the VLT, but when I try to route the audio back I get nothing but noise.

I'm doing this all via XLR to 1/4in cables, not through the USB cable.

Any suggestions? Is there something simple I'm over looking? Appreciate the help guys!

Bump? Anyone? I'm guessing it would be the same as any other external gear you're trying to use as an inset FX? Unfortunately I don't have anything else to test it out on
