Push Touch Strip settings

Post by oopfoo » Mon Apr 01, 2013 11:48 am

Perhaps I'm overlooking the obvious, but I can find no reference to any settings for the Push Touch Strip control. In particular, I'd like to set the pitch bend range to be a bit wider. Is this possible, outside of some custom mappings?

Thanks,

I believe the pitch bend range is set within the instrument/synth patch, not from the controller.

Right, in note mode it behaves like any other MIDI pitch bend. What it does is entirely up to whatever it is controlling

Same issue
+ LED discolorations

See my thread and suggestion for possible fix
Bump it if you think it's adequate.

That's not the same issue at all.

Hello,
Any answer to that thread? I really need my touch strip to bend wider than just the octave.
thanks

This is the answer. You can only change the pitchbend from the instrument plug in you are currently using by adjusting 'pitchbend range' in its settings. Different vsts etc might have different options for range settings.
