Please Confirm Recording of Program Changes in Live 9 Suite

All the while using Live 8 Suite I was able to record Program changes.
After Live 9 Suite upgrade and the arrival of Push I hadn't checked until this evening and no matter what I try, I can't get it to record a Program change.
Can someone check this and verify that it is me or something broken in the software?..
