sample search!

hey, itd be great to have a sample search function for the left side browse window. dont know bout you guys but i get kinda lost looking through a mile long sample list for things. it would be cool if it worked like how the search function works in osx windows. save time.

there are programs whose sole purpose is searching, so i think to put that in Live would be a big resource hog. you might find the easiest help is to just refine how you arrange the hierarchy of your samples and how you label them. andrew

Its not a bad idea at all imo. Logic, Pro tools both have this feature and I found it to be very useful.
