Mixedinkey problem

Post by AL_X » Tue May 21, 2013 10:20 am

Ok so I got this software to enable me to rename all my files and see the keys in Ableton.

I think I may be doing something wrong or I'm going to have to re-warp all my tunes.

I've had mixedinkey analyse and rename all of my files with a key prefix - It also renames all the .asd

In session view I can see all the new file names with prefixes in the file browser (e.g. 2A - Waters of La La Land) - However when I move them into the session view it shows the original name without the prefix, which is not helpful :(

I'm guessing it's something to do with the .asd because if I delete the .asd and then drag the file into ableton again I get the new name (with the prefix) showing in session view. Tho I'll then have to re-warp the tune.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
