live.menu setting no longer saved with song..

I have a patch that I created in Ableton 8/Max5 that uses several live.menu boxes, the settings are no longer saving with the song file now that I've upgraded to Ableton 9/Max6. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Bind it to a [pattr] object (pattr middle output to live.menu left input) and enable parameter mode for the [pattr] in the inspector.
