Question about getting all my Midi info back.

Hi. So I recently downloaded a new version of Live and prior to that I reset my live.

I use Komplete 9 on my projects and I've run into an issue. I no longer have any of my settings for any of my projects.
It detects that the plug-ins are there but it didn't retain any information such as what preset I had used for the sounds.
Granted they were all different, and I do have them in a folder, is there a way to not have to manually go and re select all of the sounds?

and when I say "midi info" i don't mean the way the midi keys were played- that info has stayed- but the selected sounds are all gone! I
