Last undo = Parameter #6??!?!?

I have installed a lot of plugins lately so it is hard to isolate the problem. I am pretty sure it is a Cycling 74 pluggo/mode plugin doing this.

Whenever I go to undo the last operation, it always has "parameter #6" as the last option (over and over again). It effectively disable last undo.

Anyone else have this problem??

Right, I've just started getting this. I have recently installed the free VST MIDI plugins:

midi_ctrl_mon-vst.dll
midi-lfo2.0-vst.dll
multi midi controler.dll

And this happens even without them being used in the project. I removed them from my VST folder and all's now fine. Thanks for the tip!

I think it might be SuperSawPlus, the JP8xxx emulator. Do you have this plugin?

Yes I have that with a number of plugins. Some vst appear to modulate their parameters and that is picked up by Live history (as if you moved the parameter slider).
Very annoying, you either loose the possibilitiy to undo in Live or stop using that particular plugin.

...I have this problem with a nice sounding vsti called arpy and other do that also.

I've seen this when having params controlled from external midi.
Param change will stack in undo buffer.
I told the Abe's this was no good.
Don't know what they think.

yes, we will have to follow that topic, because I use alot of vst that modulate their parameters, rendering undo in Live useless... that bites when editing stuff....

probly 15-20% of my vst plugs do that.

I would really enjoy knowing if this problem is going to be adressed in Live4, as using some vst ruins the undo.....
