Finding location of preset instruments/effects on computer

Hey.

So I got a new computer. On my old one I could access my Live 8 Library in Live 9, since I updated.

But now on the new computer, I need to find these instruments/effects on my old computer, and transfer them, since I never had 8 on this computer.

I can find a list of folders that seem to be exactly this, but with nothing inside them.

Please let me know. I use OS X 10.8.3
