Transferring Songs from Arrangement to Session View

So I've been using arrangement view now for close to a year now, and I'm super comfortable putting songs together there. I still want to be able to make songs in arrangement, because it's what I'm best at and comes most naturally. But I do understand that in live settings especially, session view has its advantages? And allows you to trigger clips more effectively? I am highly unacquainted with it. Is there a relatively straightforward way of transferring my songs from arrangment to session view without sacrificing anything? Any answers would be much appreciated. Thanks!

i can´t find the tutorial now but you can select a time range in arrangement view -> right click -> time to new scene or something like that. select different sections like intro, break, verse, chorus etc. or use maybe 8 or 16 bar chunks (personal preferences).
