Push firmware update

Live prompts me for updating to 1.13.

Couldn´t find a list of fixes or improvements anywhere.

Anyone tried this yet? How do you like it sofar?

Check the Live 9.1 beta thread for details. Lots of nice Push improvements, including a melodic step sequencer.
