Link L and R Stem Channels (NOT GROUPING)

I have stems that were recorded as L and R for multiple instrument tracks.

It would be so friggin AWESOME of ableton had a "LINK L and R" channel feature so that the "L" strip controls the MUTE/LEVEL/SOLO/SEND and shared a common plug in.

I have to bus or group tracks to achieve this, but this leads to other productivity woes such as "Crap I can't group these tracks to another group" or "Damnit Adding this buss track Messed up my Clip Mode Arrangement on LaunchPad Fuu..."

Yea, you get the idea...
