I'm thinking of going to get one of the above to help me with sbleton. I don't have an iPad at the moment but am thinking I need one anyway, in which case love control 2 looks pretty good. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this software and would you say it is better or worse than an APC?
Also, what do you need to connect LC2 from the iPad to an iMac? Can you simultaneously use a midi keyboard for midi input?
Apc or lemur live control 2?
Re: Apc or lemur live control 2?
You can connect Lemur via wifi or through a camera connection kit.
It really depends on what you want to use it for; for control in the studio I'd say that lemur is fine, plus you have the additional iPad apps which are great (ms20 emulation etc). For live performance I'd probably recommend apc as the feedback on the hardware is greater, with excellent reliability.
The custom templates in lemur is a cool feature though!
