Hello all,
I am getting a very frustating moment just after having update to the official 9.1 release.
As soon as I start Ableton I get an error telling me there is a problem with an SQL database and then it gives me a fatal error for Ableton, without shutting it down though.
The library is empty and I cannot see any file in any other folder I have set-up even if I create a new one.
This is killing my evening!!
Anyone had same problem?
I am on Mac OSX Lion with a late 2010 i7.
Cheers
bassik

hello muthafunka,
you are right, that was the issue.
I have managed to solve it by forcing live to rebuild the library.
I have followed the answer from djinvisiboy in this topic of answers:
https://www.ableton.com/answers/ver-9-w ... ts-presets
now everything works but I might have lost some presets.
Hope this helps

the simple way was just waiting that indexer scan your factory packs.
I had the same behavior yesterday and a very few minutes later all was back ok.
I would hardly suggest to ableton staff that they have forgotten to add the spinning circle in PLACES, like it was with live 9.0.x
without this spinning circle users don't notice ableton indexer is scanning the whole folder and worry for nothing
