Trying to debunk this pad: any idea?

Hey guys, I really need your help!

Been trying all day long to get a pad sound like the one you can hear in this song (https://soundcloud.com/infinitedelta/in ... kin-whiped), but failed so many times that I'm starting to get very frustrated.

Is that a triangle or a saw wave? How many oscillators do I have to use? Do i have to use a specific vst to get this (analog, or operator, or something else?)

I don't even know where to start at this point.

It's just a pad with a slow attack and then reversed.......


The specific pad sound however, I have no clue... gonna have to search around for it.
