How does one download the 2.01 final 'FREE Update'?

Hi
I recieved the email about 2.0 final release...
BUT I am having problems downloading the final 2.01...
I bought 1.5 within the last month and am entitled to a FREE 2.0 update... etc...

When I put in my orig 1.5 serial #
the 2.0 upgrade page says
" You must unlock before receiving a free upgrade"

When I put in my 1.5 Unlock code it says
" Serial number is not valid.
Serial number must have following format.
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Where X can be numbers from 0..9 and letters A..F."

When I went to the 'Unlock' page it wants the longer 2.0 serial#...
I never recieved a 2.0 'longer' code...
And without a real 2.0 version (non-demo) I'll never have
Challenge/Response code too...
Hmmm? Confused yet?

What am I supposed to do?

i just called them about this issue. they are aware of it and still try to make this work. should work during today, they hope...
