Theres much better fodder out there
Many of you know exactly what Im talking about.
If you really have to pick on someone why not try Mr Money!
last year this DJ earned 4 million Euros from DJ gigs and spin offs. During the opening of the Olympic games he played only HIS TRACKS so he would rake in all the performing rights money from TV airplay. Shame he only got a token gesture payment for playing which was supposedly 30,000 euros, small change to this DJ. BUT WHAT HE DID GET was 1 billion people watching him play and 450,000 euros for the PR rights. not bad for 30 minutes work.
if he had used any of your tracks you would have received around 50,000 euros which I am sure any of you would have gladly welcomed. He had another great oppurtunity to give something to a scene that he has taken so much from but of course the greed is in full force.
His net worth is alleged to be around 12/15 million. This Dj can barely mix, and its widely known he has Zero talent.
Your picking on the wrong DJs.!

hey dude ,you still don't get it , it's all about the art of chosing the right baseball cap ,that is called tallent .leisuremuffin wrote:Waita minute! You're telling me that we're supposed to be able to discern the difference in degrees of no-talent between tiesto and sasha?

There are some incredibly narrow minded people on this forum. You can spend your entire life slagging off other people's tastes and it proves nothing but your own inability to embrace new ideas. Its a shame because one minute it looks like a really good forum for discussing musical ideas, appraising each other's creations, technical help, etc. and then it just reverts to a childish slagging match. Shame.
If everybody looked (or sounded) the same we would get tired of looking at (or listening to) each other.

no, actually it shows that we have opinions.
look, don't be a pussy. I don't like sasha's music. That doesn't mean i won't answer somebodies question to help them make music similar to his.
it does however mean that i'll speak up when i'm tired of hearing people cumming all over sasha. You don't see me posting threads about how great Hans Reichel is, and how innovative his daxophone pieces are. You don't see me positing threads about how DJ Olive is the greatest user of ableton live and how he ground breaking his material is.

Hmmm, how about you give a valid reason fo why tiesto sucks more than sasha?
my reasons for why sasha sucks? I'll give you one:
I like performances that have a sense of excitement, a possibility for failure. I'm sorry, but using ableton live to mix together pre mastered and mixed stero tracks and adding some effects is not that.

to come back to your initial post ,they both get a shitload amount of money & musicaly i put them both in the same bag .i met sasha a few time & technically he's not the superscratch freack ,play the same record for 6 or 8 minutes then fade a 2nd one slowly into it ,you can't suck more .Envy wrote:It doesnt.leisuremuffin wrote:Ok, i'll bite, who are you talking about?
and how is that supposed to make sasha suck less?
