Opened the .als file and found 2 inactive blue channels....?

What are these blue channels I've found on my .als file?

I'm making a podcast and suddenly, after opening it to continue the work 2 channels appear light blue and with no sound coming from the tracks in these channels....

What's that?

Is it the meters that are blue? That means the channel is outputting to the send tracks only.

Otherwise it could be the "Back To Arrangement" is not active on those tracks. See if the BTA switch is lit up and switch it OFF.
